Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

These terms govern your use of the ticket booking service operated by Primiaco OÜ, Sakala 7, 10141 Tallinn, Estonia.

2. Service Description

We act as an intermediary to book Chinese railway tickets on your behalf. The transportation service is provided by China Railway.

3. Booking Process

  • You provide accurate passenger details matching your travel document
  • We attempt to book the requested ticket
  • Booking confirmation depends on ticket availability
  • We charge a service fee on top of the ticket face value

4. Pricing and Fees

The total price consists of the ticket face value (in CNY, converted to EUR) plus our service fee. All prices are displayed before you confirm your booking. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • If we fail to secure your ticket, you receive a full refund
  • Cancellation of confirmed tickets is subject to LituGo refund policies: Up to 48 hours before departure: 5% fee. 24–48 hours: 10% fee. Less than 24 hours: 20% fee. Refunds return to the original payment method.
  • Our service fee is non-refundable once a ticket has been successfully booked
  • Pre-sale reservations that cannot be fulfilled are refunded in full

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate passenger information matching your travel document
  • Ensure your travel documents are valid for entry into China
  • Arrive at the station with sufficient time before departure
  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by China Railway to train schedules. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We do not guarantee ticket availability.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
