Second Class (3+2 seating, power outlets), First Class (2+2, more legroom), and Business Class (2+1 or 1+1, reclining seats, meals included). Not all trains offer Business Class.

The document used to purchase the ticket is used as boarding pass, no separate ticket needed. At the station gate, use the manual staffed lane (人工通道) for passport verification, as automated gates may not read foreign passports.

Up to 48 hours before departure: 5% fee. 24–48 hours: 10% fee. Less than 24 hours: 20% fee. Refunds return to the original payment method.

Under 6: free (no seat, one child per adult). Ages 6–13: discounted ticket required, must match the adult’s train and seat class. Age 14+: full-price ticket. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Each passenger may carry up to 20 kg for free. Each item must not exceed 130 cm in combined dimensions. Strollers and wheelchairs are free and don’t count toward the limit.

Tickets are released 15 days before the travel date (including the travel day). Popular routes during holidays sell out fast. You can book the route on LituGo in advance and we will try to get the ticket as soon as it is on sale. Full refund is issued in case of failure to obtain the ticket.

At least 30 minutes to 1 hour before departure. Allow extra time during peak travel periods (Chinese New Year, National Day, summer) as security and ID checks take longer.
